Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Will repeat again for the food quality they offer to the customers. Was here one fine evening Sunday. A little crowd but has plenty of place to seat. Get to know this restaurant was newly renovated. First time to see a nasi kandar restaurant is self service. Only the portion of rice and kuah campur part you have the jockey to handle. The rest you can pick your own protein and fibres. You can adjust by your own. I just love this part. You don't have to tell the staffs how much or what. Customise your plate as you wish. Outdoor and indoor sitting. I prefer outdoor. Indoor was air conditioned. Clean atmosphere. Fast service. I believe will be always a queue but do not last long. My nasi kandar cost RM20 which was reasonable. Proteins were fresh and the cucumber acar was good and fresh. Even the drinks were good. Now i know why Manjung people are craze of this nasi kandar."
"Very popular spot in Seri Manjung. Line all the way, most of the time. Good selection of food, dishes. Very spacious as it occupies 2 shop lots. Went there for lunch just before lunch rush hours but still there's a line at the buffet. Recommended."
"This is the first time me and family came here after many of my friends was. Surprisingly, I won't debate my friends recommendation. The space is good, and the service is fast too. But what I want to highlight is THE FOOD. Like "where am I were the people is enjoying thissss?" The gravy is just nice - not too oily - not feel the strong spice and not too spicy. And it fix well with my Malay taste. The chicken is so juicy and well cooked. U will get the water cup with cover and U can bring it back. And now the price. It's affordable and cheap. I'm satisfied. Man. I will go back. I will."
"Although there are many mamak restaurants around Manjung, this one stands out. They always have a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of choices, and the service is fast and efficient. Most importantly, their pasembor is a must-try—delicious and satisfying! A great option if you’re looking for a mamak restaurant with a little something different."
"Week days are preferable compared to weekends which attract long queues. Parking might be quite difficult too."
"This place best place to chill and hang out with friends in mamak, the surrounding is hygiene and air-conditioning surrounding is more high class standard mamak. The food is standard mamak good food."
"I really do love this place. The food is simply amazing and delicious. Restaurant is always full of locals. My most favourite is nasi kandar with ayam goreng or ayam madu. Also nasi goreng is really good. As well as naan. I would say that you cannot go wrong with anything you pick. Meal for two with drinks usually cost us between 25-30 myr. (The only “negative” thing I can say is that once I ordered cheese garlic naan and even though it was really good it costed 14 myr, which I would consider as quite expensive..) All the people working there are really nice and helpful. We visited this place many times during our stay in Sitiawan. And I will miss it so much.."
"Overall the food is good. Some people said this restaurant can beat Penang Nasi Kandar. The kari kepala ikan is a bit salty to me. The ayam bawang and ayam goreng si good. My son like it. Pasembor rojak is so delicious. Same taste like pasembor rojak in Penang. Very like the environment. So clean and cool. Surely will repeat"
